The operator portal allows Lite users to record certain types of work in Fiix. Users automatically access the operator portal when they're assigned a Lite license. When a Lite user logs in to the CMMS, they're taken to the operator portal instead of the standard CMMS:

In the portal, you can search for and select an asset to view. If you've accessed any assets recently, the four most recent will be displayed under the Recent assets section.
In the operator portal, users can do the following:
- View assets and any open work orders assigned to operators
- Complete tasks on work orders
- Add attachments to work orders
- Change a work order's status
