In addition to adding attachments to tasks, you can add attachments directly to work orders. Currently, only images (e.g. jpeg or png files) can be uploaded in the operator portal. However, other types of files uploaded through the web app can be viewed in the Attachments section and downloaded.
To add attachments in the operator portal:
- If you haven't already, log in to the operator portal with your Lite user email and password.
- In the operator portal, navigate to the asset you want to view work orders for, either by searching for it or selecting it in Recent assets. In this example, we are selecting Equipment 3:
- In the work orders list, click the work order you want to add an attachment to:
- In the Attachments section, click Add:
- Select an image from your computer to add it to the work order.
To view or download an attachment after it's been uploaded, click on it in the list:
