You can mark tasks as completed in the operator portal and enter completion details as needed, depending on the task type.
To do this:
- If you haven't already, log in to the operator portal with your Lite user email and password.
- In the operator portal, navigate to the asset you want to view work orders for, either by searching for it or selecting it in Recent assets. In this example, we are selecting Equipment 3:
- In the work orders list, click the work order you want to complete tasks for:
The work order page displays. - Do one of the following:
- To complete tasks without entering additional information:
- Meter reading and text tasks: Fill out the in-line field.
- General task: Select the checkbox.

Inspection task: Select Pass or Fail from the drop-down for an inspection task.
- To complete a task and enter additional information:
- Click the task you want to complete in the list. The task panel displays:
- Enter the completion information at the top of the panel. The meter reading task above requires a meter reading to be completed.
- In the Attachments section, click Add to select and upload any attachments from your computer.
- In the Completion Notes field, enter any completion notes as needed.
- Repeat steps 1-4 as needed for other tasks in the list. You can navigate between tasks using the arrows on the top right of the panel:
