Before you begin
Audience: Lite users
Plans: Basic, Professional, Enterprise
You can access the operator portal by visiting a site-specific URL that your administrator provides to you. Users can only access the operator portal if they have a Lite license; otherwise, they will log in to the web app instead.
To log in:
- Navigate to your organization's Fiix URL in a browser. It should look something like yourcompanyname.macmms.com.
- Enter your email address and password. Toggle the Show password icon to see what you're typing:
- Click Log in.
The operator portal displays:
If you see the web app instead, you do not have a Lite license. Contact your administrator for help. - To sign out, click the Account (
)icon in the top right corner and click Sign out .
Tip
If you haven't already, bookmark your organization's Fiix URL in your browser. This will make it easier the next time you log in.
