Lite users can only view the assets located in the site they're assigned to.
When a user with a Lite license logs in to the CMMS, they're taken to the operator portal.
On the operator portal landing page is a search field for assets, a scan-code button, and a list of assets accessed by the user recently:
If the asset you want to view isn't displayed, you can search for it. To do this, you can do either of the following:
- Search for the asset's name or code in the search bar:
- Use the QR code scanner:
This automatically opens up the camera on your device and allows you to scan an asset's QR code.
