Plans: Basic, Professional, Enterprise
Lite users can change the status of any work order assigned to them. However, only open work orders assigned to Lite license users are visible in the operator portal. Once closed, these work orders will no longer be visible in the operator portal unless they are opened again.
To change a work order's status:
- Search for and select the relevant asset.
- In the asset's Work Orders list, click the work order you want to edit:
Click the status drop-down list and select the new status for the work order:
Note
Selecting a status that closes the work order results in the work order no longer displaying in the operator portal. Please make sure you have finished with the work order before closing it.
