View a work order in the operator portal

Lite users can view any work orders assigned to them or the Lite user group. 

To view these work orders:

1. If you haven't already, log in to the operator portal with your Lite user email and password. 
2. In the operator portal, navigate to the asset you want to view work orders for, either by searching for it or selecting it in Recent assets. In this example, we are selecting Equipment 3:
   

3. In the work orders list, click the work order you want to view:
   
   The work order page displays:

   

   From here, you can also do the following:

   • Complete tasks in the operator portal
   • Add attachments to a work order in the operator portal
   • Change a work order's status in the operator portal
