Before you begin
You should first configure the miscellaneous cost types you want to use. To learn more, see Edit lookup tables.

Plans: All plans
You may need to update miscellaneous costs on a work order to add the actual cost, or just to make corrections to the entry.
To edit miscellaneous costs on a work order:
- If the work order you want to edit miscellaneous costs to isn't already open, click it in the work order list (in Maintenance > Work Orders).
- Click the Misc Costs Page tab:
- Click the miscellaneous cost entry that you want to edit:
- Enter the actual quantity used, or make any other updates as needed.
- Click OK.
- Alternately, you can use the in-line fields to directly enter the actual quantity and costs:
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
