You may need to update parts records on a work order to add the actual quantity used, or just to make corrections to the entry.
To edit parts on a work order:
- If the work order you want to edit parts for to isn't already open, click it in the work order list (in Maintenance > Work Orders).
- Click the Parts tab:
- Click the parts entry that you want to edit (do not click the underlined part name, as this will take you to the part's information page):
- Enter the actual quantity used, or make any other updates as needed:
- Click OK.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
