You can customize work order statuses and create your own in Settings > CMMS Settings > Lookup Tables.

Access: Admins and users with the Work Order Statuses Page permissions.
A work order's status indicates where the work order is in your organization's workflow. For example, to close a completed work order, you would set its status to Closed, Complete.
- If the work order you want change status for isn't already open, click it in the work order list (in Maintenance > Work Orders).
- In the Work Order Status field, click the downward arrow to open the list of statuses:

- Click Save in the top menu bar.
