Before you begin
To set up for using failure codes on work orders, you must have failure codes enabled. If you don't already have failure codes in the CMMS, you will need to create or import them. You may also want to configure a failure hierarchy for an asset category.
Failure codes cannot be used in multi-asset work orders.
Version: v5 (what does this mean?)

- (Optional) Enter a short description of the cause in the Cause field.
- Select a code in the the Action Code field:
- (Optional) Enter a short description of the solution in the Solution field.
