Plans: All plans
- Use our work orders import template to create a CSV file for import.
- Navigate to Maintenance > Work Orders.
- Click Import:
- Click Upload, and select a CSV file from your computer.
- Click Continue.
- Define the field mappings by matching the headers in your CSV file to the corresponding item in each drop-down menu:
The text on the left are the headers from your CSV file, while the text in the drop-down lists are fields in the CMMS. - Click Continue.
- Review your the file analysis and click Import, or click Back to make any revisions.
- Click Done.
