Why can't I view or access work orders?
If you can't view or access records in Maintenance > Work Orders, or you can't view the Maintenance or Work Orders pages at all, your admin must enable accessing work orders in v5 for your user group.
If full work order permissions aren't required for you, you may only be able to access work orders assigned to you in Dashboards > Assigned Work Orders.
Why can't I see a user when assigning a work order?
When a user isn't assigned to any user group or is assigned to a user group without the correct permissions, they won't appear when trying to assign users to a work order. Make sure the user is assigned to the correct user group with the correct permissions for the work order.
Why can't I assign any users to my work order?
If more than one task has been added to a work order, the Assigned to User field will no longer be editable from the General tab, and there will be no drop-down:
Users or user groups may or may not be displayed, depending on whether the tasks have been assigned.
To assign a user in this situation, you must edit individual tasks in the Labor Tasks tab.
