Which browsers can I use?

We support the latest version of following browsers:

  • Chrome

  • Firefox

  • Internet Explorer (specifically IE11)

  • Safari

How do I change my password?

There are 3 ways to change your password:

  • In the app, by clicking the Change Password button in your user account:

    The Account tab of a user account with the Change Password button (in the Security and Access section) highlighted.
  • On the login screen, by clicking the Forgot your password? link:

  • By contacting your administrator

What languages do you support?

We have translated our web app, mobile app, and work request portal into the following languages:

  • Danish

  • French (Canada)

  • French (France)

  • German

  • Norwegian

  • Polish
  • Portuguese (Brazil)

  • Portuguese (Portugal)

  • Russian

  • Spanish

  • Swedish
