If you find yourself referring back to the same article or section frequently, you can "follow" it in the help center:

When you follow a section, you'll receive email notifications when new articles are published in it.

When you follow an article, you'll be able to access it easily from your Following list. However, you will not receive any notifications about the article.

Before you begin
You will only receive notifications about new articles in the section if your Fiix user account has an email address associated with it.
When you follow a section, you'll receive email notifications when new articles are published in it. For example, you could follow the 2024 Release Notes section to automatically receive an email whenever we publish a new set of release notes in that section.
To follow a section in the help center:

If you haven't already, log in to the help center through the CMMS.

Navigate to the section you want to follow.

Click Follow > New Articles:
Because commenting is disabled, you will never be notified of new comments (even if you select New Articles and Comments).

Repeat steps 2-3 for any additional sections you want to follow.
When you follow an article, it gets listed in your Following list in the help center. This is an easy way to access the articles you need to refer to frequently, in one convenient place. However, you won't receive any notifications about articles you've followed.
To follow an article in the help center:

If you haven't already, log in to the help center through the CMMS.

Search for or navigate to the article you want to follow.

Click the Follow button:

Repeat steps 2-3 for any additional articles you want to follow.
Once you've followed the article, you can use the Following list to refer to it again later. To learn more, see the next section in this article.
When you're logged in to the help center through the CMMS, you can view the list of articles and sections you've followed.
To view your Following list:

If you haven't already, log in to the help center through the CMMS.

Click your name to open the drop-down list.
- In the drop-down list, click My activities:

Click Following:
The help center displays the list of articles and sections you've followed:
Note
Even though the Following column for articles says "Comments", you won't receive any notifications because comments have been disabled. Instead, you can use this list as a list of bookmarks for the help center.
