CMMS stands for "computerized maintenance management system". It helps organizations plan, track, measure, and optimize maintenance on a digital platform.
A CMMS can help facilities organize and manage preventive maintenance tasks, inventory, safety, and more. It’s a big part of developing better maintenance practices, proving the value of maintenance, and driving better results.

The simplest place to start is right here, in the Basics section of the help center. This section covers the following topics, which will be useful regardless of your role:

If you're an administrator (in other words, if you're responsible for setup and configuration), check out our Basic Setup section. Once you've completed those tasks, you can also read up on additional configuration in our Setup and Administration section.
If you're a manager or technician (in other words, if you're responsible for managing or completing maintenance), check out our Maintenance section. If your organization is going to use the mobile app, be sure to visit our Mobile App section too!
