Most common issues

This article provides information about how to fix the most common issues that arise when using the CMMS:

Nothing happens when I click Print

The most common reason that users can't print is that pop-ups are blocked. Depending on which browser you use, the steps to allow pop-ups will differ:

I can't log in

If you're having trouble logging in, try checking the following things:

  • Make sure that you're you're using the correct URL. The easiest way to make sure you have the correct URL is to click the link in your welcome email, and then bookmark the page.

If you've manually typed the URL, make sure that it's spelled correctly, and that you haven't added "www" (which will bring you to a security warning, rather than your organization's login page).

  • Because your username and password are case-sensitive, check that your caps lock isn't on. Similarly, on a mobile device, check to see if your device is automatically capitalizing the first letter.

If you're still unable to log in, please contact your administrator for help troubleshooting the issue, as they have access to additional settings that could prevent you from being able to log in.

If you're an administrator helping a user troubleshoot logging in, check the following things:

  • Make sure that their account is active:

  • Check the session timeout on their account. If the timeout is set to 0, it means that the app is automatically logging them out as soon as they log in.

I forgot my password

No problem! There are a couple ways to reset it:

  • If your user account has an email address associated with it, you can reset it using the Forgot your password? link on the login screen:

  • If your account doesn't have an email address, contact your administrator to reset your password for you.
