If you've reported an issue through the help center (or by emailing our support team), you can view any updates to that ticket directly in the help center.
To view your tickets in the help center:
- If you haven't already, log in to the help center via the CMMS.
- Click your name to open the drop-down list.
- In the drop-down list, click My activities:
The help center displays any tickets you've submitted.
