The Notifications section (in Settings > CMMS Settings > Work Request Portal) is only displayed when the Require guest email address checkbox is selected. This is because the notifications are sent via email, so if you aren’t collecting guests’ email addresses when they access the portal, you won’t be able to send them notifications.

The following settings are available in the Notifications section in Settings > CMMS Settings > Work Request Portal:
