Fiix Maintenance Copilot is an AI chatbot that can help you quickly find answers to your questions without you having to look through all your data and documentation manually.
You can ask the following types of questions:
- General questions about Asset Risk Predictor (ARP), which include the following:
- Questions about how Asset Risk Predictor works
- Questions related to your data in the ARP Overview Dashboard ("talk to your data")
- Asset-specific questions about your ARP-enabled assets, which include the following:
- Questions about asset maintenance
- Questions about the asset's records and data ("talk to your data")
You can see specific examples of these questions in Example questions for Fiix Maintenance Copilot.
Asset-specific maintenance questions can be used to answer different variations of "What do I do?" and offer ideas and solutions. To answer asset-specific maintenance questions, Copilot uses your CMMS data to automatically build a knowledge base for each of your ARP-enabled assets, including their documents and maintenance histories (work orders, tasks, etc.). Its answers are only as good as the information included in the knowledge base. In other words, the more information you provide, the better the answers will be. For best results, we recommend uploading at least one document for each of your ARP-enabled assets.
"Talk to your data" questions can be used to answer different variations of "What's happening right now?" or "What was happening?" When asking questions about your own data, you can choose to view responses with multiple records in a list or table view. A maximum of 20 records can be displayed in one message, with a character limit of 40 characters for each message. For an asset, Copilot can return hourly data from the past 30 days and daily data from the past year. For sensors, Copilot can return both hourly and daily data from the last 14 days. Currently, all time-related responses will be displayed in UTC time.
Note
- Data-related questions may have a longer loading time (~30 seconds) as they involve accessing real-time data.
- Copilot currently does not include content from the AI recommendations tile for assets and sensors.
- Very rarely, some questions may cause Copilot to time out. If this happens, please try again later.
