Before you begin
This feature is only available to ARP customers. To learn more about purchasing ARP, see ARP eligibility FAQ or contact your Fiix representative.
To open Fiix Maintenance Copilot, click the Copilot icon in Assets > Asset Risk Predictor. The chat window opens and displays the intro message:
You can close (or reopen) the chat window by clicking the message icon in the bottom right corner.
Copilot always starts the conversation by asking if you want to chat about a specific asset. Depending on which option you choose, see either Ask asset-specific questions or Ask general questions below. We've also provided some example questions to help you get started.
Tips
- It may take the copilot a few seconds (up to 30) to find the right response.
- You can restart the chat at any time by typing “start over”. The copilot will ask you the first question again, allowing you to change assets or switch between general and asset-specific questions.
Ask asset-specific questions
- Click Yes:
- When prompted, type the name of the asset you want to ask questions about:
All future responses will be about this asset unless you enter "start over".
- Ask your questions.
Tips
- You can ask two types of asset-specific questions: questions about maintenance procedures, or questions about the asset's real-time data. To learn more, see About Fiix Maintenance Copilot.

If the response includes multiple entries of your data, click List or Table to view it in different modes: - To switch assets or to start asking general questions instead, type “start over”. The copilot will ask you the first question again:
