Chat with Fiix MAX

Fiix MAX automatically remembers the messages you send during a session so that you can send follow-up questions about the previous topic. You can scroll up in the chat box to view older exchanges with Fiix MAX, which remain until you log out from the Fiix app. 

To chat with Fiix MAX: 

1. Click or tap the Fiix MAX icon located on the upper right corner of the window for the desktop. 
   The chat window opens and displays the intro message.
2. Enter your question or command into the text field, and press Enter or the click the Send button. 
   Fiix MAX first processes your question (this process may take some time, up to 90 seconds or more): 
   
   After processing, Fiix MAX generates a response with linked sources:
   
   Depending on your question, some responses may display several results. If this is the case, you can toggle between list and table view:
   
3. (Optional) Do one of the following:
   • Keep chatting with Fiix MAX by sending another message in the text field, or when applicable, selecting one of the topics or assets Fiix MAX suggests:
     
   • Navigate to a source or CMMS record by clicking on any links provided by Fiix MAX in its response:
     
   • If you notice you've made a mistake in any of your queries, you can edit a previously-sent message by clicking the pencil icon next to it:
     
     Make your changes and send the message again. 
     Editing removes the original version of the message and its response from the chat log. The edited query and response are displayed as the most recent messages. 
   • If you'd like to start a completely new conversation with Fiix MAX, clear the chat history by clicking the Menu button () and then Clear history:
      
   • Access help (the Help Centre or the customer support team) by clicking the Help button ():
     
4. Once you're done with Fiix MAX, click the Close button () or the Fiix MAX icon () to hide the chat box. 
   This only hides Fiix MAX, and does not clear your chat history.
