Fiix MAX is intended to assist with decision-making but cannot replace it. Verify its responses before carrying anything out, especially for safety-critical work.
Fiix Maintenance Assistant Experience (MAX) is an AI chatbot specialized for maintenance and customized for your CMMS. For example, you might ask Fiix MAX to show you all your overdue work orders, how to address steering issues for your forklift, or how to use certain features in the Fiix app. Fiix MAX answers these questions by searching through existing data and resources.
You can access Fiix MAX on both the desktop and mobile apps.
To use Fiix MAX, click or tap the Fiix MAX icon (located on the upper right corner of the window for the desktop app and the lower right corner of the screen for the mobile app). The chatbox displays with an opening message:
From here, you can ask Fiix MAX a question by typing it into the text box. Sample questions and supported topics can be found here.

- Questions related to retrieving your CMMS data may have a longer loading time.
- Very rarely, some questions may cause Fiix MAX to time out. If this happens, please try again later.
