Fiix Maintenance Copilot is an AI chatbot that can help you quickly find answers to your questions without you having to look through all your data and documentation manually. For example, you might ask Copilot to tell you how you should perform an asset’s monthly maintenance, what its risk level was, or how to use certain features in the app.
To use Fiix Maintenance Copilot, click the Copilot icon located in the top right corner of any page. The chatbot will open and send its opening messages:
Your first step will be to select whether you want to chat about a specific asset or ask general questions.
If you select Yes and choose an asset, all of Copilot's answers will be asset-specific. For example, asking a question such as "What was the most recently closed work order?" would return the most recently closed work order for your selected asset.
If you select No instead and ask the same question as a general question, Copilot would return the most recently closed work order across your entire CMMS.
Asset-specific questions include
- Questions about the asset's maintenance procedures
- Questions about the asset's ARP-related data (risk levels, sensors, etc.)
General questions include
- Questions about how to use Fiix
- Questions about the data in the ARP Overview Dashboard
Note
- Data-related questions may have a longer loading time (~30 seconds).
- Very rarely, some questions may cause Copilot to time out. If this happens, please try again later.
