Audience: Administrators
By default, the priority levels for work orders and scheduled maintenance are Low, Medium, High, and Highest. However, if you want to create a custom priority, you can do so in CMMS Settings.
To create a new priority:
- Navigate to Settings > CMMS Settings.
- Click the Lookup Tables tab.
- In the Priorities table, click the Add icon:
- Enter a name for the priority and click OK:
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
