Audience: Administrators
By default, newly created work orders all have the Open status. However, you can change the default work order status as needed.
To do this:
- Navigate to Settings > CMMS Settings.
- Click the Maintenance and Work Orders tab.
- Click the arrow icon:
- Select a status from the list to be your default work order status:
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
Your default work order status has been changed.
