Before you begin
While inspection task results cannot be directly edited in v6 Work Orders, any changes made to result names for tasks in scheduled maintenance or task groups will still be displayed in v6 Work Orders.
Version: v5 and v6 (what does this mean?)
Plans:
v5 - Basic, Professional, and Enterprise
v6 - Basic (only if previously upgraded from Free)
By default, inspection task results are Pass, Fail, and N/A. However, you can rename inspection task results as needed when creating a task.
This change will only apply to the task you are creating.
To rename inspection task results:
- When creating an inspection task, click the pencil icon next to either Pass, Fail, or N/A:
- Enter the new name for this result.
- Click the checkmark icon to enter the new name:
- Click OK.
- Enter any other information needed to create the task.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
