A scheduled maintenance created from a work order will retain all of the work order's information, such as tasks, costs, and files.
To create a scheduled maintenance from a work order:
- If the work order you want to create a scheduled maintenance from isn't already open, click it in the work order list (in Maintenance > Work Orders).
- In the top menu bar, click Generate Scheduled Maintenance:
- In the message that appears, click the link to view the newly-generated scheduled maintenance:
- Add or update any information for the scheduled maintenance as needed.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
