Multi-asset work orders, also known as rounds, refer to work orders that involve performing the same set of tasks on similar or identical assets. These work orders can be grouped into one more multi-asset work order. This helps prevent long lists of identical work orders.
To create a multi-asset work order:
- In Maintenance > Work Orders, click New:
- If you have multiple sites, select the site you would like to create the work order in.
- Click Save to create your work order.
- Enter the basic information as needed.
For more details on the work order fields, see Create a work order. - Click Add another asset:
- Select the asset you want to add from the Asset drop-down list:

(Optional) If you want to copy the tasks from the original work order, select the first asset from the Copy Tasks From Asset drop-down list.
- Click OK.
- (Optional) Repeat steps 6 and 7 for any other assets you want to add to the work order.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
The assets are displayed in the work order:
To remove an asset, click the x next to the asset name.
