Completion details should be filled out once the work order has been completed.
- If the work order you want to add completion details to to isn't already open, click it in the work order list (in Maintenance > Work Orders).
- Click the Completion tab:
- Fill out the following fields under Completion Notes as needed:
Field name Description Completion Notes Any notes about completing the work order. Problem A description of the work order's problem. Root cause A description of what caused the problem. Solution A description of how the problem was solved. - (Optional) Administrators may enter any additional necessary notes in the Admin Notes field.
- If you want to mark the work order as complete, click the arrow next to the Work Order Status drop-down, and select Closed, Complete:
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
