Assign a user to the Lite users user group

The Lite users user group is automatically generated when Lite licenses are set up in your CMMS. 

Users assigned both the Lite license and the Lite users user group can access work orders assigned to the user group in the operator portal.

To assign a user to the Lite users user group:

1. Navigate to Settings > Users.
2. Click the user to edit.

3. Ensure that the user is assigned a Lite license type license:
   

   Note

   If the License drop-down is not visible, then Lite licenses may not have been added to your CMMS. Contact your Fiix representative to add Lite licenses.

4. Under the Access Control tab, click Add:
   
5. In the Add user groups and access window, the Lite users user group is automatically added to the Lite user:
   

6. Select the site or location in the Access field:
   

   Note

   Lite users can only be assigned one location, and this field is mandatory.

7. Click Save. 

Users assigned both the Lite license and to the Lite users user group can see assets assigned to their location and work orders assigned their user group.
