Removing a maintenance type from a task group will remove the group from any existing scheduled maintenance records with the same type. Additionally, any newly-created work orders or scheduled maintenance with that type will not include that task group.
To do this:
- In Maintenance > Task Groups, open the task group you want to remove a maintenance type from.
- Click the Maintenance Type tab:
- Do one of the following:
- To delete a single maintenance type, hover over its entry in the list and click the Delete button:
- To delete multiple maintenance types at once, select their checkboxes in the list and click the Delete button in the bottom left of the list:
- To delete a single maintenance type, hover over its entry in the list and click the Delete button:
- Once done, click OK.
