After you create a task group, you may need to edit the properties of some of the tasks. These changes will be reflected in the following:
- Scheduled maintenance records associated with the task group
- New work orders that are associated with the task group
- Work orders updated to be associated with the task group
These changes do not affect existing work orders associated with the task group.
To edit tasks in a task group:
- In Maintenance > Task Groups, open the task group with the task you want to edit:
The Task List tab is displayed by default: - Click the task you want to edit in the list.

Make any necessary changes to its properties: task type, description, time estimate, and attachments:
Note
- Any attachment added to an individual task will also be displayed in the task group's Files tab.
- Adding or editing an attachment will not reflect in any already-associated work orders or scheduled maintenance records. You must configure attachments directly on the record instead.
- Click OK.
- Repeat steps 2-4 as needed.
- Click OK.
Your tasks are updated with your changes.
