After you create a task group, you may want to change the order it's displayed in.
To do this:
- In Maintenance > Task Groups, open the task group you want to add tasks to.
The Task List tab is displayed by default: - Drag and drop the task by its Reorder button. These are located on the left of a task's checkbox:
- Repeat step 2 as needed for any other tasks.
-
Click OK.
Your tasks are reordered.Note
After reordering, your changes will be reflected in the following:
- Scheduled maintenance records associated with the task group
- New work orders are associated with the task group
- Work orders updated to be associated with the task group
For existing work orders that had already been associated with the task group prior to the reordering, you must manually reorder the tasks in the work order's Labor Tasks tab.
