You can assign one or more maintenance types to a task group. Afterwards, the task group group be will included on the following:
- Scheduled maintenance records with the same maintenance type
- Work orders created with the same maintenance type
- Work orders updated to have the same maintenance type
To assign a maintenance type to a task group:
- In Maintenance > Task Groups, open the task group you want to add a maintenance type to.
- Click the Maintenance Type tab:
- Click the Add (
) button in the bottom left of the list:
- Search for a type in the Maintenance Type field, or click the drop-down to view all the available types.
- Select a maintenance type. For this example, we will be selecting Safety:
- Click OK.
- Repeat steps 3-5 for any other maintenance types you want to add.
- Once done, click OK.
The selected maintenance types have been added to your task group.
