The basics
Users access the web app by logging in to their macmms.com URL (e.g. example.macmms.com) on an Internet-connected device through a web browser.
To access the web app, users need:
- An Internet-connected device (e.g. desktop computer, laptop, mobile device)
- A web browser (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox)
- The URL for their organization (e.g. example.macmms.com)
The minimum requirements for your hardware and internet connection:

| Operating system | The latest version of Windows, macOS, or Unix/Linux |
Data from the CMMS is not stored on your computer or device, and so your device does not need additional storage space or computing power to use Fiix.
If you're having trouble with how the app is performing on your device, please contact your Fiix representative.

Fiix supports the following web browsers:
- Chrome (check Chrome version)
- Firefox (check Firefox version)
- Safari (check or update Safari version)
