Report name |
Description |
Example usage |
---|---|---|
Detailed Employee Hours |
Provides a summary of the labor and hours logged by a specific employee during a period of time. |
You could use this report to encourage employee development and divide workload. For example, you could use it to justify a promotion or identify employees who might be overworked. It could also be helpful to find areas where time is missing (in other words, where technicians have forgotten to log their time). |
Multisite CMMS Utilization |
Provides key metrics about your CMMS utilization across sites, including work order count and the percentage of logged in users. Note: Mobile-only users are not included in this report. |
You could use this report to track CMMS adoption. For example, you could use it to determine who's using the CMMS and to what extent. |
Closed Work Orders with Completion Notes |
Provides a detailed summary of all closed work orders between two specified dates, along with the completion notes for those work orders. |
You could use this report to gather more information about jobs that have been completed. For example, you could review the completion notes from work orders during your shift meetings. |
Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance |
Lists all upcoming scheduled maintenance activities between two dates (between now and up to 13 months in the future). |
You could use this report to plan for upcoming work. For example, you could look at the upcoming quarterly or monthly needs to determine if you require additional resources. The report also provides projections for upcoming stock requirements as compared to what's currently available in your storeroom. |
Planned Maintenance Two Week Lookout |
Lists upcoming scheduled maintenance for a particular asset (and any child assets) for a two-week period. |
This report is similar to the previous one, but focused on a particular asset, and limited to a 2-week span. |
Parts Consumed on Work Orders |
Lists parts consumed in work orders between two dates. Note: To be included in this report, the parts consumed must have a price associated with them. |
You could use this report to track stock movement. For example, a storeroom clerk could use this report to spot check on-hand quantities of recent parts to make sure they were recorded accurately. |
Labour Hours by Asset - Top 10 Hitters |
Details the time spent, per asset, completing tasks on work orders at the selected site. To be included in this report, tasks must be closed, time must be logged against them, and their completion date must fall between the dates selected. |
You could use this report to identify problematic assets. For example, this report could help you determine which assets will soon need to be retired or replaced, or might have engineering issues. |
Maintenance Backlog |
Shows the number of open work orders by priority and age (less than 30 days, more than 30 days, more than 60 days, and more than 90 days). |
You could use this report to justify headcount. For example, if you have a large number of high priority work orders that can't be closed fast enough, you could use this report to justify hiring additional team members to help tackle the backlog. |
