Upcoming scheduled maintenance work orders are only displayed for for scheduled maintenance with a single fixed time-based trigger. To learn more about time-based triggers, go here.

You can view upcoming work orders that haven't yet been generated by scheduled maintenance on the calendar. Upcoming work orders cannot be edited, and are displayed with a purple Scheduled maintenance indicator on the calendar:
Once an actual work order is generated by the trigger threshold, it will replace the upcoming work order entry on the calendar.
To view upcoming scheduled maintenance work orders in Calendar Beta:

Navigate to Dashboard > Calendar:
- Click the Show button in the filters bar and toggle on Scheduled Maintenance:
Upcoming scheduled maintenance work orders are now displayed on the calendar.
