Audience: Administrators
If your organization uses calendar, you'll need to enable access for the necessary non-admin user groups.
To enable access to Calendar Beta:

Navigate to Settings > User Groups.

Click the user group you want to enable edit access for.

Click the Menu Permissions tab.

Select the Can See 'Dashboard' Top Menu and Can See 'Calendar BETA' Menu Item checkboxes:

Click the Page Permissions tab.

In the Page drop-down list, select Calendar BETA.

Select the Can Access The 'Calendar BETA' Page checkbox:

In the Page drop-down list, select Work Order Administration.

Select the Has 'Save' Button On The 'Work Order Administration' Page checkbox:
Note
This permission also grants edit access in Maintenance > Work Orders. This means that any changes you make in this screen will also affect the user's ability to edit work orders.

Click Save.

Repeat steps 2-10 for any additional user groups you want to enable edit access for.
