If you have a look that contains a lot of data, you might want to consider limiting the number of rows it displays. This will make it easier for others to read, and could also reduce load times.
To limit rows:

Open the look in edit mode. To learn how, see Edit a look.

In the Data section, enter a new value in the Row Limit field:
Tip: You can't display more than 5000 rows.

To preview your visualization with the row limit applied, click Run.

Click Save.
