Add Fiix to your email's allow list (also called a safe senders list or whitelist) to stop notifications from being filtered or sent to the Spam folder. Each user who receives email notifications may need to do this in their own account.

Add domains and email address to allow list
Add the following domains and email addresses to your Allow list:
- mailman@macmms.com
- *.macmms.com
- *.fiix.software
- *.auth0.com
- *.intercom.io
- *lookermail.com
Expanded list (special cases, API and mobile users):
- *.apple.com (Apple push notifications)
- *.googleapis.com (Firebase)
- *.apptrinsic.com (Gainsight)
- *.crashlytics.com
- *.google-analytics.com
- *api.segment.io

Add IP addresses to allow list
In some cases, you may want to add IP addresses to your allow list.
Add the following IP addresses to your allow list:
- 50.31.156.96/27
- 50.31.156.96 - 127
- 104.245.209.192/26
- 104.245.209.192 - 255
- 50.31.205.0/24
- 50.31.205.1 - 255
- 149.72.150.223
