Assign a user to the Lite users user group

The operator portal is a separate add-on feature that can only be accessed by users with the Lite license.  

Users assigned to the operator portal log in at the same URL as your organization (e.g. yourorganization.macmms.com). After logging in, Lite users will see the operator portal instead of the standard CMMS:

Just like other user groups, users can have work assigned to them through the Lite users user group. 

To assign a user to the Lite users user group:

1. Navigate to Settings > Users.
2. Click the user to edit.
3. Ensure that the user is assigned a Lite license type license:
   
4. Under the Access Control tab, click Add:
   
5. In the Add user groups and access window, the Lite users user group is automatically added to the user:
   

6. To limit the user to a location, select the site or location in the Access field:
   

   Note

   Lite users can only be assigned one location, and this field is mandatory.

7. Click Save.
