To downgrade or cancel during your subscription period, please contact support.
Upgrading your plan affects your entire CMMS. We don't currently offer mixed tiers or the ability to have more than one plan.
Plans are prorated, so the cost of adjusting your subscription varies depending on when the change is made. If you see differing prices, this may be why. To see the most accurate price, remove old items from your cart, ensure you've recently logged in to the CMMS and clicked Account Settings (not accessed the page through a bookmark), and add new items to your cart before the session times out.
Plans: Free, Basic, and Professional tiers can upgrade their plan through account settings.

To upgrade your plan:
- Log in to your CMMS through your URL (e.g. yourcompany.macmms.com).
- Click Account Settings under Settings > Account Settings. You must access account settings through the CMMS after logging in in order to make changes to your account (the Account Settings page can't be bookmarked).
- Click Upgrade Plan.
- Select your preferred plan.
- Click OK.
