Change payment information

Before you begin

Payment information can only be updated by the Account Owner.

Credit cards are accepted for both monthly and annual plans. Electronic funds transfers (EFTs) and checks are accepted for annual plans only.

Change credit card information

To change credit card billing information:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Account Settings.

  2. Click Update.

  3. Enter your credit card information.

  4. Click OK.

Change electronic funds transfer (EFT) or check information

To change payment information on annual plans using EFTs or checks, Contact support.
