Account settings is a browser window that opens when admins click Account Settings in the CMMS. Do not bookmark the account settings page. The unique link can only be accessed for a short time via the CMMS due to security reasons.
To access Account Settings:
- Log in to your CMMS from your macmms.com URL (e.g. example.macmms.com)
- Click Settings > Account Settings:
- A new, secure session in your browser window will open with the URL ecomm.fiix.software/my-account-home. You can make changes to your account from this window until the session times out.
- If your session times out or you're receiving errors when trying to make changes, log in to the CMMS again and click account settings to open a new session.
Account settings features
Users can access the following features through account settings:
- View account status
- Overall CMMS status
- CMMS plan
- Billing status

Change payment information
- Add, remove, or edit credit card used for subscription payment

Upgrade plan
- Upgrade from Free or Basic to a higher tier plan.
- To downgrade your plan or cancel your subscription, contact support.

Manage licenses
- View total licenses and used licenses (each active user requires 1 license)
- Add, remove, or edit number of available licenses.
- View invoices
- View order history
- Contact support
