How do I access account settings?
Account settings can only be accessed via the CMMS navigation by a logged-in Admin.
To access Account Settings:
- Log in to your CMMS from your macmms.com URL (e.g. example.macmms.com)
- Click Settings > Account Settings:
- A new, secure session in your browser window will open with the URL ecomm.fiix.software/my-account-home. You can make changes to your account from this window until the session times out.
Do not bookmark this page. The unique link can only be accessed for a short time due to security reasons. Each time you want to make changes to your account, log in to the CMMS and access Account Settings through the navigation menu.
Why can't I update my account settings?
If you're having trouble making changes to your account or receiving a "problem logging in" error, it may be because:
- your previous browser session timed out
- you're trying to access account settings through a bookmark or URL
- only admins can access account settings
- your browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) version may be out of date
- cookies may be expired on the browser
If you're receiving this error, try:
- close all windows. Start a new session (go to your company's macmms.com URL and log in to an admin account. From the CMMS, click Account Settings).
- remove old items from your cart and add them again in a new session (above).
- updating your browser version to the most recent version.
- delete browser cookies.
- ensure you're not accessing account settings through a bookmark or URL, and using the dedicated account settings button inside your CMMS.
Can I change my CMMS subdomain (URL)?
Admins can change your subdomain by contacting support.
Your CMMS subdomain is the portion of the URL before .macmss.com, as in example.macmms.com. Changing your subdomain will affect your entire CMMS, including integrations, your users' sign-in page, and more. Working alongside your support representative to change your URL can help ensure a smoother transition for your organization.
Can my tenant be cloned or duplicated?
Many tenants using v5 can be duplicated, but currently no v6 tenants can be duplicated. To have your tenant duplicated (for testing or other purposes), please contact support.
When will my plan renew?
The payment period begins on the day you start your plan, and will automatically renew each month or each year on the same date.
How do I cancel my plan?
To cancel your plan, you'll need to contact support.
What happens if my payment fails or subscription lapses?
If your credit card payment fails, your subscription lapses, or you have another payment issue, you have 15 days (on an annual plan) or 5 days (on a monthly plan) to adjust your payment details.
After the grace period ends, your account will be deactivated.
To reactivate a deactivated account, contact support.
What currencies can I pay with?
For plan payments, Fiix currently supports USD ($) only.
How much storage space do I get with my plan?
There is no storage limit on all plans.
Individual files and records are limited to a maximum size of 100 MB each, but there is no limit to the number of files or records you can add to your CMMS.
What's the difference between licenses, users, and active users?
Licenses are the total number of active users your CMMS can have according to your plan. Each licence allows for one active user.
Active users (sometimes referred to as used licenses) refers to total users who have an active status. Active users can log in, add new equipment, close work orders, and more. When an active user is deactivated, your number of active users is immediately reduced by 1.
You can find your number of licenses and active users on the Account Settings > License Management page:
In this example, the CMMS has 110 total licenses and 11 current active users. 99 more users can be activated before needing to add more licenses.
Can I have more than one tier/plan?
Your entire CMMS can only have one plan, and upgrading or downgrading your plan with affect your whole CMMS and all its users. We currently do not offer the ability to have more than one plan or tier.
Why am I seeing different prices when upgrading my plan?
If you've noticed that the price of changing your subscription varies, this may be because plans are prorated (the cost of adjusting your subscription varies depending on when the change is made and how far into your existing subscription you are).
For the most accurate price, remove old items from your cart, and ensure you've recently logged in to account settings through your CMMS (log in to your company's macmms.com URL and click Account Settings) before adding a new item to your cart.
