View and edit a work request

Before you begin

This feature must be enabled by an administrator before you can access it. To learn more, see Enable viewing work requests in the mobile app.

You can view and edit the details of a submitted work request within the mobile app.

To do this:

  1. In the feature menu, tap Work orders.

  2. Tap Work Requests (Requests on iOS):

  3. Tap the work request you want to view and edit.

  4. Add or edit details in the available fields, such as Assets, Priority, Maintenance Type, Work Order Status, and Due Date.
