Users with this permission can also see All Work Orders in the mobile app.

Permissions: Only Administrators can edit user groups permissions
Version: v5 or v6 User management, in the web app (company.macmms.com), to edit user access to the mobile app.
Permission to view work requests in the mobile app is granted by assigning the user or their user group to the Work order administration permission in the desktop app. To learn more about work requests, see View and edit a work request.
To enable viewing work requests for a user group in the mobile app:

In the web app (company.macmms.com), navigate to Settings > User Groups.

Click the user group to edit.

Click the Page Permissions tab:

In the Page drop-down list, select Work Orders.

Select the Can Access The 'Work Orders Administration Page' checkbox:

Click Save.
