Before you begin
This feature is only available on the Enterprise tier. For this feature to be displayed in a work order, you must first assign a problem code to the work order in the web app. To learn more about configuring and assigning failure codes, see How to use failure codes on a work order.
Assigning failure codes (problem, cause, and action) to your work orders allows you to spot and track trends with work orders. In the mobile app, you can view and assign failure codes to work orders. If you're online, you can also view closed work orders that were assigned the same problem code.
To assign a failure code to a work order:

In the feature menu, tap Work orders.

Select a work order you want to assign failure codes to.

Tap Details.

Tap Failure codes:

Select the type of code you want to assign (problem, action, or cause):

Select a code in the list:

Repeat steps 4 and 5 for any additional code types you want to assign.

Tap Save.
Before you begin
This feature is only available when you're online.
If a work order has a problem code assigned to it, you can view closed work orders that were assigned the same code. This allows you to look for trends across work orders.
To view closed work orders with similar problem codes:

In the feature menu, tap Work orders.

Select a work order.

Tap Details.
