You can create and edit a work order in the mobile app.
To create a work order in the mobile app:

In the feature menu, tap Work orders.

Tap the + button.

If using iOS, tap New work order.

In the Details tab, enter your work order information in the appropriate fields:
Note
The Assets and Work Order Details fields are mandatory.

If needed, tap Tasks and add a new task. To learn more, see Add tasks to a work order.

If needed, tap Files and tap Add photo to attach a photo the the work order.

Tap Submit.
Note
Once you make changes and submit them, the changes are saved and visible to you immediately. They will be visible to others once the app is synced.
To edit a work order in the mobile app:

In the feature menu, tap Work orders.

Select the work order you want to edit.

Select the field you want to edit, and make any needed changes:
